From August 11 this summer, Burgas residents and guests will be able to visit a unique 2-in-1 exhibition in the Sea Garden.
The project is the work of the creative studio "Pavilion".
The exhibition is distinguished by a fun and absolutely innovative approach, in which a photographer and illustrator work on one image "on two levels".
On the photos of the photographer and animator Borislav Hristov, the imagination of one of our best illustrators Melina-Elina Bondokova draws funny and unexpected plots. The photos were taken near the lakes of the city of Burgas, where Borislav captured nesting and migrating protected bird species.
And the final result after Melina's intervention on them is... well, it simply has to be seen! But it will certainly make you gasp and laugh.
The exhibition includes 20 "photostations". It will be outdoors, in front of the Pantheon in the Sea Garden.
During the exhibition, visitors can purchase a print of the illustrations through our Facebook page, Studio Pavillon.
The funds raised will be donated to the treatment of 5-year-old Kristin Boycheva from Burgas. The girl suffers from cerebral palsy and needs rehabilitation in Turkey to have a chance to walk.
The project was implemented with the special assistance of "Burgas Loves Young People".
