For the second year in a row, the Sofia International Literary Festival for Children and Youth, organized by the Bulgarian Book Association, will take place. This time, the events and program will take place during the Spring Book Bazaar, which is traditionally housed in the National Palace of Culture, and the meeting place for guests will be the Marble Foyer on the mezzanine above the central entrance.

The focus of the Sofia International Literary Festival for Children and Youth is to create an informal atmosphere in which children and youth can get acquainted with the work of contemporary European and Bulgarian authors and artists. To create conditions for educational and artistic campaigns in order to encourage reading and imagination among adolescents. Children will receive free, unlimited access to literary events, meetings with writers, creative workshops, to visit a theatrical performance and to enjoy an exhibition.

The Sofia International Literary Festival for Children and Youth aims to develop a platform for contemporary literature and culture, which has all the prerequisites to establish a lasting and full-fledged dialogue between writers and society. To promote reading, language, and the diverse interconnections of literature with other arts.

The events proposed by this year's festival program cover a wide range of topics, addressed to adolescents of different ages and areas of interest.

The full program of the festival can be found at www.kidsliteraryfest.org, and we, as part of the media partners of this year's edition, will follow the events in many reports, photos and interviews.
