Two names (and a pseudonym):
Radina Vasileva /Radina D’Amore/
Introduce yourself in a few words:
A dreamer and an incorrigible optimist – this is not always good, but it always makes me believe that everything will end well. Mother of three children and a dog. Colorful thinker and colorful creator.
What did you graduate from?
I graduated in clothing design and construction, but gradually my interests wandered in different directions, which I supported with additional training. To date, my work is mostly in the field of pattern design, and clothing is present in some of the projects in one way or another.
What is your professional experience so far?
I definitely haven't limited myself in terms of creative adventures – I've also worked on brand design projects, personal projects, cards, paintings and illustrations for a variety of occasions and concepts, but it's mandatory for me to turn down a project or partnership if I think that my style of work wouldn't fit well with the goals set.
I conduct art classes for children and adults. I'm currently preparing a project related to creative potential.
For 11 years, I've also maintained my own brand of clothing and art solutions for the interior.
Tell us more about your work (style, technique, interests, way of working):
I work mainly with contemporary illustration and creating repeating patterns (surface pattern design), which I transfer to different fields – textiles, fashion, interior and digital products. My style is often colorful and lively, inspired by nature and small stories from everyday life.
Sometimes I combine hand and digital drawing. I like to experiment with organic shapes and floral motifs, preferring my designs to carry a positive mood.
