Favorite illustrator:
I'm currently excited about Carll Cneut.
Otherwise, my favorites are: Beatrice Alemagna, Emily Hughes, Marco Somá, Igor Oleynikov, Delphine Durand. I also have favorite Bulgarian illustrators: Lyuben Zidarov, Aleksandar Aleksov, Tonya Goranova, Yasen Gyuzelev
Favorite illustrated book?
I don't like to define them like that. It's different at different times.
Which book do you dream of illustrating?
Whenever I'm asked this question, I think of "The Ten Adventures of Lisko" by Boris Aprilov. I loved it very much as a child and I still feel extremely close to it. In fact, his other works too. I think he is a world-class author and I am sad that he is so forgotten nowadays.
