Team Description and Distribution of Activities
The team brings together 15 specialists with clearly defined functions and responsibilities, which ensure a high professional standard and comprehensive implementation of the project.
Authors' texts
Author team (Nikoleta Gologanova-Petrova, Hristina Grozdanova, Katya Kirilova, Elitsa Vinyarchek, Vessela Kucheva-Petrova) – each author prepares two popular science articles, accompanied by original visual material. Their work includes research, popularization of scientific topics and adaptation of the content for a wide audience. The authors collaborate with the editor, designer and photographer to ensure a complete visual and textual presentation.
Interviews and presentation of artists (Katerina Khaltakova) – prepares and conducts interviews with artists, presents their ideas and work process, contributing to the cultural and human dimension of the content.
Translator (Desislava Sivilova) – provides translation of content into a foreign language, maintaining the accuracy and spirit of the original texts, in order to expand the international accessibility of the project.
Editor (Elena Pavlova) – is responsible for the editorial policy, the unity of style and the quality of the content. Works closely with the authors and the proofreader.
Proofreader (Yavor Tsanev) – performs language and spelling checks of all materials, ensuring a high level of literacy and professional precision.
PR, Facebook and Instagram maintenance
PR and social networks (Elitsa Vinyarchek) – the specialist is responsible for the communication strategy, promoting the project and building an active relationship with the audience through social platforms and media partnerships.
Design of the web and online publication "Electronic Almanac of Bulgarian Illustrators"
Web design and layout (PragmaSource LTD) – the specialist develops a completely new vision of the website, including structure, functionalities and graphic style. The goal is a modern, accessible and visually consistent online platform.
Design of the online publication "Electronic Almanac of Bulgarian Illustrators" (Stoyan Atanasov) – designer of the digital publication, integrating texts, images and graphic elements into a single, aesthetic and easy-to-read format.
Photographer (Mirela Pavlova) – creates original photos for the articles, interviews and visual projects, contributing to the authenticity and artistic value of the publications. Processing of the photos and working with the design teams.
Tester of the system for people with visual impairments (Ivan Karastoyanov) – evaluates the accessibility and functionality of the website and digital materials, providing expert feedback for improvements that will ensure a full user experience.
Manager
Team manager (Milena Radeva) – coordinates the activities of all participants, monitors compliance with deadlines and quality of implementation, liaises between the individual units and is responsible for the overall concept of the project.
