An exhibition of diploma projects by bachelors and masters of the specialty "Book, Illustration, Printed Graphics" of the National Academy of Applied Arts "St. Luke" will be opened in the Gallery "St. Luke".
The exhibition presents the wide field of creative expression of the artists who graduated from the specialty "Book, Illustration, Printed Graphics" - from the art of illustration through book to graphic and font design. The selection of current projects by bachelors and masters of the programs "Illustration", "Book Art", "Graphic Design" and "Font" is indicative of the creative potential and freedom of expression in the field. A variety of themes, artistic concepts and solutions are found in the presented projects.
The bachelors create their own editions for children with an alternative spatial form with their own text and through unusual spatial and plastic solutions.
The Masters assert their artistic positions through art books, independent publications, comprehensive publishing strategies with various types of publications, visual identities and digital typeface families. Functional, yet bold, innovative in their own way, these works also introduce us to the worldview of the new generation of illustrators and designers.
